Perfect starting point as no previous sewing skills are required!
This workshop will introduce you to both domestic and industrial machines as well as overlock. After threading you will be offered the opportunity to explore various stitching techniques and seams as well as instructions on dials and switches, changing needles, the kind of needle to use, how to wind the bobbin, tensioning, how to fix problems when they occur and how to properly clean/maintain the machine.
After completion you will have the understandings of sewing machine basics and be ready to start making your first garment.

Maximum of 6 people per group, for ages 16+( please look at our workshops for younger children )
